Orders placed on business days are usually processed within 24 hours.

Delivery times depend on your country and selected shipping method. Most EU orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

An account allows you to:

  • Track shipments

If your order has not yet been shipped, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details as soon as possible.

If the parcel has already been dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Consumers may return products within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and complete

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • Provided with an RMA number

After inspection, refunds are processed within 14 days.

Business returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the product is defective.

Please reply to your order confirmation email and include clear photos of the received item.

We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The damaged product

We will resolve the issue in accordance with our warranty policy.

After contacting us, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.

Returns must be sent to the address provided in the RMA confirmation. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
