1. Free standard shipping within the EU
Orders with a value of €59,00 or more will be free of shipping charges within the EU including Norway, Switzerland and the UK. Your order is shipped via the Postal system.
2. Shipping of your order
Products in stock and ordered before 15:00 (GMT +1) will be processed and shipped the same day. Please note that we do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. You can see a fair estimated delivery time in the shipping table below. Products not in stock are available for you to order as normal. A fair estimated lead time is given just above the green order button on the product page. As soon as your order is processed you will receive the track and trace information by email.
3. Li-ion, Ni-MH batteries shipping
Please note, we currently only ship rechargeable batteries via road transport within the EU. According to the transport regulations, rechargeable batteries can only be shipped by certain shipping providers. You will be offered the choice of suitable shipping providers during the check-out process. Unfortunately, we cannot ship rechargeable Li-ion, Ni-MH batteries outside the EU, as we are subject to legal requirements.

7. Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you and offer to ship the parcel again one time for free. Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be rebilled to the customer.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 6 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact our support.
8. Warranty & Returns
You can return items within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods.
