A filter carrying two months of fine particulate in a Boost-heavy household reduces system airflow to the point where the sensor under-counts: the floor can show a clean reading when it is not. The V15 platform also introduces a wash-water distinction V11 owners need to note: warm water is specified for all V15 models, including the Detect+. Cold water removes surface dust but fails to release fine particles embedded by 230 air watts of throughput. The warm-water wash combined with a 24-hour drying period restores both suction and sensor performance.
