Ecovacs DDX14-12EDR – Plus.Parts® Maintenance Pack

The Ecovacs DDX14-12EDR is an alternative dock designation covering units sold or distributed under a specific regional or retail configuration within the Deebot T30 Omni platform. Functionally it is identical to the CH2311, CH2311A, DDX11 and DDX14 stations: it runs a 70 °C hot-water mop wash cycle, a warm-air drying phase, and a 3.5-litre auto-empty dustbag format. Service parts are fully interchangeable across all five dock designations in the series, so any maintenance step described for the T30 Omni Station applies to the DDX14-12EDR without adjustment.

The 70 °C wash temperature is what separates this dock family from cold-water platforms. Calcium and magnesium in tap water precipitate onto the wash plate and spray nozzles considerably faster at elevated temperatures, and uneven wash coverage is the first visible symptom: one mop pad returns to the floor noticeably cleaner than the other. A weekly wipe of the wash plate after the station has cycled off, combined with a dilute citric acid descale every two to three months, keeps the nozzles clear and the pad wash even. In hard-water areas the nozzle wipe moves to every two to three weeks.

This pack holds Plus.Parts® components made as a direct-fit alternative to the original Ecovacs DKT080142 set: two anti-tangle main brushes, four side brushes, eight filters, four antibacterial dust bags and four mop pads. The brushes use the V-shaped ZeroTangle design with dual comb teeth that clears the bulk of hair during normal operation, and the antibacterial bags maintain hygiene across the full four-to-seven-week replacement window.
