The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni runs 8,000 Pa suction through a HEPA stack, a square-body chassis with a 200 mm rubber roller and the OZMO Turbo system that presses two counter-rotating chenille pads into the floor under downward load, lifting them 15 mm for carpet. Its Omni dock washes the pads at roughly 55°C, dries them with warm forced air and auto-empties the bin. At 8,000 Pa the HEPA filter darkens faster than on a mid-range Deebot, so it is tapped on all four sides every one to two weeks, given a water-only rinse with no brush or finger on the pleats, dried fully before refitting, and replaced about every 120 hours of cleaning – roughly every two to three months of daily use. The app Accessories view is the reliable trigger, as the medium can look acceptably grey while airflow has already dropped.
This maintenance set keeps each of those intervals supplied with Plus.Parts® components built as a direct-fit alternative to the original Ecovacs part: one main brush, four side brushes, six filters, two mop pads and four dustbags, seventeen parts in all. The 200 mm rubber roller resists hair wrapping but traps long hair at the end caps, where it stays invisible until the motor labours, so it is cleared every one to two weeks – both bearing holes probed clean – and replaced every five to seven months. The counter-rotating chenille pads compact under their own spin pressure regardless of the 55°C wash, which restores hygiene but not pile height, so they are inspected at eight weeks and replaced once the pile flattens, the pad stiffens after a wash, or discolouration persists; a compacted pad spreads water without scrubbing and is the usual origin of streaking on this platform.
The square chassis reaches deeper into corners than a round body, so the side brush meets wall edges more often and splays a little faster – check it weekly, clear thread from the base post and replace every three to six months.
At a glance
- Matched to Your Device – The rubber roller, HEPA filters, chenille mop pads, side brushes and dock dustbags all fit the X2 Omni square-chassis brush chamber, filter bay and OZMO mop deck, so each part seats without guesswork.
- Long-Lasting Components – A HEPA filter built for 8,000 Pa airflow, hard-wearing OZMO Turbo chenille pads and a 200 mm rubber roller chosen to hold performance across the robot’s full service schedule.
