The Ecovacs T30 Omni Station (CH2311) is the primary dock designation that ships with the Deebot T30 Omni. It is a full-height OMNI station with a 70 °C hot-water mop wash cycle, a warm-air drying system and a 3.5-litre dustbag compartment for auto-empty. The wash plate inside the CH2311 collects a slurry of fine debris rinsed off the mop pads after every cleaning run, and that slurry bakes onto the surface during the warm-air drying phase. Over days and weeks the baked residue builds into a film that deflects wash water unevenly, causing one pad to return to the floor noticeably less clean than the other.

The spray nozzles are the other maintenance priority. At 70 °C, calcium and magnesium in tap water precipitate onto the nozzle apertures faster than on a cold-water dock. A partially blocked nozzle is the single most common cause of uneven pad wash and resoiled streaks on hard floor across the T30 Omni series. In soft-water regions a monthly wipe is sufficient; in hard-water areas every two to three weeks, with a dilute citric acid descale every two to three months. The 3.5-litre dustbag is rated for 90 days but realistically reaches capacity at four to seven weeks under daily auto-empty, and a monthly wipe of the chute opening keeps the sensor reading bag fill level accurately rather than detecting dust on the contact surface.
