The multi-cyclone base pre-separates debris before the filter stage, reducing filter wear compared to a single-stage system, but the other consumables still follow their own service schedules. Side brush filaments flatten and lose their edge-sweeping reach over time, the rubber main brush accumulates hair and debris at its contact points with the floor, mop pads absorb embedded dirt and lose their microfibre scrubbing texture, and filters eventually need replacing when fine particulate accumulates in the media.
