The Eureka NER E20+ is the manufacturer-coded designation for the E20 Plus platform, an 8,000 Pa robot vacuum and mop with 13-cone multi-cyclonic pre-separation that removes 98% of airborne particles before they reach the filter, extending filter service life significantly. DuoDetect AI 3D obstacle avoidance handles real-time course correction, and the V-shaped anti-tangle rubber roller brush handles mixed debris including hair without the wrap-around accumulation typical of bristle designs. With 180 minutes of runtime, it covers up to 300 m² per session. The multi-cyclone pre-separation reduces filter load, but the other consumables follow their own wear patterns: the rubber roller brush accumulates debris and surface wear from daily hard-floor contact, mop pads embed soiling and lose their scrubbing texture with wet use, and side brush filaments flatten and lose their edge-sweeping arc over time.
