The iLife V3s Pro takes a deliberate design choice that sets it apart from most robot vacuums: it uses suction only, with no rotating main brush. That configuration makes the V3s Pro particularly effective at picking up pet hair from hard floors and low-pile carpets without tangling, because hair that would wrap around a brush roll is instead drawn directly through the inlet. Four side brushes funnel material from edges and corners inward, while a flat HEPA filter captures the fine particulate before it reaches the motor. The suction-only design also means the HEPA filter carries more of the particle load, it fills faster than on robots with a brush roll, so keeping the filter fresh matters more on the V3s Pro than on a conventional brushed robot.
