iRobot Roomba 800 – Plus.Parts® Replacement Parts Set

The iRobot Roomba 800 was the first generation to trade the bristle-and-beater brush for AeroForce dual rubber extractors. The two counter-rotating cylinders pull debris up and in rather than sweeping it sideways, so pet hair stays in the bin rather than wrapping the axle, and carpet fibers don’t snag on bristle ends mid-stroke. On hard floors the rubber flexes across grout lines; on carpet it compresses into the pile base where earlier Roombas often left residue. iAdapt IR navigation covers the floor on a methodical sweep pattern, and for the price tier it occupied, the 800 was a machine that consistently rewarded regular upkeep.

All three AeroForce consumables wear on their own schedule. Rubber extractors gradually harden and lose the flex that lets them reach into the floor surface. Side brushes shorten as filaments wear from edge contact. Filters load with fine particulate until airflow resistance climbs enough to reduce effective suction. This set contains Plus.Parts® components to reset all three intervals together: rubber main brushes, 3 side brushes, and 3 filters, 8 direct-fit parts designed as a compatible alternative to the original iRobot consumables, matched to the Roomba 800’s mounting geometry without modification.
