The iRobot Roomba i5+ is designed around the idea of low-intervention cleaning: it schedules through the iRobot HOME app, navigates the home, and returns to the Clean Base to empty its bin automatically. For most of its operation, it asks nothing of the owner. The exception is the high-efficiency filter inside the robot. Unlike the bin, which the dock evacuates, the filter sits in the airpath and traps fine particles that the dock’s evacuation cannot remove. Over several weeks of daily runs, especially in homes with pets or carpets, the filter media accumulates a layer of fine dust that progressively restricts airflow. The app tracks the robot’s schedule and usage, but filter condition is not one of the metrics it surfaces. The owner’s awareness of the filter is the only thing standing between the i5+ and reduced suction output.
This refresh pack contains three Plus.Parts® high-efficiency filters designed as a direct-fit alternative to the original iRobot parts for the i5+. Each filter fits the i5+ bin compartment directly, installs without tools, and seats on the same mounting points as the original. Three spare filters means three on-schedule replacements without a separate reorder for each cycle.
