Mova RLZ92CE – Plus.Parts® Maintenance Set

The Mova RLZ92CE is the European market variant within the Z-series HydroSync roller tier, sharing the same 19,000 Pa suction platform, D-shaped roller mop, internal washboard and all-in-one dock as the Z50 Ultra, so its consumables and intervals are identical. The HEPA filter, loaded by the high airflow, is tapped clean every one to two weeks and replaced every three to five months, with a mid-grey filter face the override signal. The roller mop cloth is scrubbed against the washboard on every rotation and wears evenly around its circumference, so it is replaced every two to four months; the V-shaped silicone main brush is cleared every one to two weeks and replaced every six to twelve months, toward the lower end at this suction tier; and the 4 L dock dustbag is replaced every two to three months under daily use.

This maintenance set keeps each of those intervals supplied with Plus.Parts® components built as a direct-fit alternative to the original Mova part, the same family the Z50 Ultra draws from – sets sourced for one robot are interchangeable with the other: one V-shaped silicone main brush, two anti-tangle side brushes, two washable filters, two 4 L dust bags and two roller mop cloths, nine parts in all. The filter carries the load on air quality, so a properly built HEPA element holds the 19,000 Pa suction steady across its interval, while a loose generic filter lets fine dust drift back into the room and makes the brushless motor draw extra current.

Because the 75°C dock wash precipitates limescale onto the spray nozzles, they are wiped monthly (weekly in hard-water regions) and the internal washboard is inspected every four weeks, as residue on its scraping edge is the usual cause of a striped wet track once the dock nozzles are clean.
