Rather than bumping its way around a room and building a rough mental map, the rotating lidar turret scans the space before the run begins and navigates methodically – row by row, room by room – returning to patch missed areas rather than leaving them. That precision is only fully usable when the consumables are in good shape: a worn combo brush follows the correct path but picks up less, so the coverage map shows complete but the floors do not feel it. The D-shape chassis extends the brush reach to the robot’s edge, meaning the whole floor gets covered when the brush is fresh and the gap reappears when it wears. The True H13 HEPA filters carry the fine-particle load that the combo brush and side brushes send toward the bin, and they need regular replacement to keep that capture rate at the rated level.

This refresh kit provides a complete consumable set using Plus.Parts® components selected as a direct-fit alternative to the original Neato parts: a spiral combo brush, 4 magnetic side brushes and 4 True H13 HEPA filters.
