The S6 platform brought a meaningful step up from the S5 in how it mapped and covered rooms, planning its route rather than bouncing at random, and the S60 delivers that same capability under a different model name. On mixed-floor households, the hybrid main brush moves hair and debris from hard floors and low carpet in a single pass; the side brushes channel material from skirting boards and corners into the cleaning path. None of these components last indefinitely, and the brush in particular accumulates hair along its bristle row with every run.

The filters are washable and hold their airflow through a full three-to-four month cycle; the mop pads keep their scrubbing texture across repeated use. Not all aftermarket parts match the original tolerances: these are selected specifically for the S60’s slot dimensions and brush geometry.
