Blaupunkt Bluebot XPRO – Plus.Parts® Maintenance Set

The Blaupunkt Bluebot XPRO treats the flat mop module as an optional accessory rather than a standard fitting, giving owners the choice to run it as a vacuum-only unit. It shares the same Gyro+ navigation, 1,800 Pa BLDC motor, HEPA 12 dual-filter system and V-shape brush roll with the Bluebot XBOOST, BPK-VCBB1XB and BPK-VCBB1XP. All consumables are identical across the series, so every part in this set fits all four models without modification.

This set covers the full service scope with Plus.Parts® direct-fit alternatives to the original Blaupunkt parts BPK-BHXB1 / BPK-BHXB2 / BPK-BHXB3: two main brushes, two side brushes, eight HEPA filters and two mop pads – 14 parts in all. Without the mop module active, the Bluebot XPRO’s maintenance schedule centres on three components: filter, brush roll and side brushes. The V-shape brush roll is the component that demands the most regular hands-on attention. Its inward-drawing geometry concentrates long hair and pet fur at the axle end caps with each session. After a few cleaning sessions in a home with pets or long-haired occupants, strands twist tightly around the shaft and create friction on the brush motor bearings. Left uncleared, the friction raises the motor’s operating temperature on every run. Clear the brush roll every two weeks and replace it every three to six months depending on floor type – the Blaupunkt manual specifies clearing every two weeks using the supplied cleaning tool.

Tap the HEPA 12 filter every two to three sessions and replace every two months under normal daily use. When the primary mesh shows discolouration that tapping cannot clear, that is a reliable trigger to replace the assembly ahead of the calendar interval. The filter, brush roll and side brush intervals are identical across all four models regardless of whether the mop module is in use. When the mop module is fitted, rinse the pad after every session and replace every one to three months. Wipe cliff sensors every two to four weeks and the dock’s infrared lens monthly. Position the dock with at least 50 cm of clear space on either side to allow the Gyro+ system to complete its docking arc.
