Blaupunkt BPK-VCBB1XP – Plus.Parts® Maintenance Set

The Blaupunkt BPK-VCBB1XP is the product-code variant of the Bluebot XPRO, treating the flat mop module as an optional accessory rather than a standard fitting. It runs on the same Gyro+ navigation platform and 1,800 Pa BLDC brushless motor as the Bluebot XBOOST, BPK-VCBB1XB and Bluebot XPRO. Every consumable is shared across all four models in this series, so the 14 parts in this set fit without modification.

This set covers the full service scope with Plus.Parts® direct-fit alternatives to the original Blaupunkt parts BPK-BHXB1 / BPK-BHXB2 / BPK-BHXB3: two main brushes, two side brushes, eight HEPA filters and two mop pads – 14 parts in all. The optional mop configuration on the BPK-VCBB1XP gives owners the choice to operate it as a vacuum-only unit. When the mop module is in regular use, the same post-session rinsing and one-to-three-month pad replacement schedule applies without modification. Without the mop module active, the filter and brush roll become the primary wear items. At 1,800 Pa suction, the HEPA 12 dual-filter system builds loading at a predictable rate on every session. The outer mesh pre-filter should be tapped clean every two to three sessions to slow the rate at which fine particulate reaches the inner HEPA layer. The HEPA layer must never be washed with water – wetting the fibre matrix permanently collapses its filtration structure. Replace the full filter assembly every two months under daily use, shortening to monthly in pet-owning households or high-dust environments.

Clear the V-shape brush roll every two weeks using the supplied cleaning tool. The inward-drawing geometry concentrates long hair at the hard-plastic axle end caps, and compressed rings at those positions create friction on the brush motor bearings. Replace the brush roll every three to six months depending on floor type. Replace side brushes every three to six months – bent or asymmetrically worn arms scatter debris outward instead of directing it into the suction path. Wipe cliff sensors every two to four weeks and the dock infrared lens monthly to maintain reliable navigation and docking.
