The Dyson DC37 Allergy Parquet is a DC37 configuration combining two purpose-specific elements: an allergen-focused accessory set for carpets and upholstery, and a parquet tool designed for use on sealed hard floors and finished surfaces without scuffing. Both modes operate on the same Root Cyclone separation platform. Root Cyclone separation forms the core of the Dyson DC37 Allergy Parquet’s dust management: the system spins incoming air at high velocity, centrifugally separating large and medium dust and debris before the airstream continues to the filtration stage and reducing what fine particulate reaches the pre-motor filter. Finer particles that pass through the cyclone stage, ultrafine dust, airborne allergens, shed skin cells, and microscopic debris, reach the pre-motor HEPA filter, where the dense media intercepts them before they can enter the motor chamber. Build-up of fine particulate in the filter media over time increases airflow restriction and causes suction at the floor tool to decline. Rinsing the filter under cold water clears accumulated dust and restores open airflow through the media; allow a full 24-hour drying period before refitting.
