The Dyson SV27 is Dyson’s internal engineering code for a V10 unit distributed in specific regional markets; machines badged SV27 are mechanically identical to the base Dyson V10 in every maintenance respect. The platform delivers up to 150 AW suction through a 14-cyclone array into a 0.76-litre bin, with the motorised floor tool as the primary cleaning head. The non-washable brush bar is cleared fortnightly by removing the end cap with a coin, sliding the bar free, and picking out accumulated hair from the bearing ends and head cavity. A single HEPA-grade filter is shared across all twenty named models in this series and washed monthly with cold water until it runs clear.
This kit is a Plus.Parts® alternative to the original Dyson part , supplying 2 washable HEPA filters, a bin cover, an upper bin seal ring, quick-release buttons and a power button lock – 7 parts. The two filters support a run-and-wash rotation; one filter goes in while the other completes its 24-hour air-dry after washing. The bin cover and upper seal ring target structural wear points; the quick-release buttons and power button lock complete the set. Wash the filter monthly with cold water until it runs clear; never refit damp. Replace after approximately 12 months of normal use.
