The Dyson V10 Motorhead is part of Dyson’s V10 platform, delivering up to 150 AW of suction through a 14-cyclone array into a 0.76-litre bin. This variant ships with the motorised floor tool as its primary cleaning head, designed primarily for carpeted surfaces. The non-washable stiff-bristle brush bar is cleared fortnightly by removing the end cap with a coin, sliding the bar free, and picking out accumulated hair from the bearing ends and head cavity. The single washable HEPA-grade filter is the core consumable shared across all twenty named models in this series. As the V10-labelled market equivalent of the Cyclone V10 Motorhead, maintenance scope and consumables are identical across both designations.

This kit is a Plus.Parts® alternative to the original Dyson part , supplying 2 washable HEPA filters, a bin cover, an upper bin seal ring, quick-release buttons and a power button lock – 7 parts. The two filters let you run one while the other completes its 24-hour air-dry after washing. The bin cover and upper seal ring address the two structural points most prone to cracking or seal degradation under frequent bin-emptying. Quick-release buttons and the power button lock round out the set for mechanical completeness. Wash the filter monthly with cold water until it runs clear; never refit it damp. Replace the filter after approximately 12 months of normal household use.
