Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute – Plus.Parts® Replacement Filter Pack

The Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute is Dyson’s fully-equipped V12 configuration, supplying both the Fluffy Optic cleaner head for hard floors and the Motorbar for carpets and mixed surfaces in a single bundle. Both heads feed through the same 150 air-watt cyclone, and both contribute to the rate at which the post-motor filter accumulates fine dust: the Fluffy Optic roller picks up fine particulate from hard floors that the cyclone processes at high airflow, while the Motorbar’s de-tangling vanes move more fibrous debris into the bin alongside that particulate. The Detect Slim Absolute also carries the piezo particle sensor, which tracks particle size in real time and adjusts suction in Auto mode based on the sensor reading. Accurate Auto mode operation depends on clean filter airflow past the sensor inlet: a restricted filter causes the sensor to undercount particles and hold suction at a lower level than the floor load requires, silently reducing performance in the machine’s primary intelligent mode.

This set of three Plus.Parts® washable HEPA filters supports the monthly service interval the V12 Detect Slim Absolute requires. Each filter matches the V12 housing’s twist-lock mount and sealing surface, so installation follows the same sequence as the original Dyson component. With three filters in rotation, the 24-hour drying period after each wash does not create a gap in daily coverage.
