The Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute is Dyson’s fully-configured V12 Detect Slim cordless vacuum: the Absolute tier includes an extended accessory bundle covering motorised floor tools and handheld attachments for hard floors, carpets, and furniture in a single kit. The machine runs on the Hyperdymium motor at 125,000 rpm, producing 150 AW of suction in a lightweight form factor. Whole-machine HEPA filtration seals the entire airpath so all exhaust air must pass through the HEPA filter at the machine exit before returning to the room. The Absolute’s acoustic piezo sensor counts and classifies dust particles in real time, displaying the result on the machine’s LCD. The HEPA filter at the exhaust end is the final filtration barrier; a filter past its service life or loaded with particulate raises resistance in the airpath and reduces effective suction output. The V12 Detect Slim HEPA filter is rinsed under cold tap water only, no hot water or detergent, and air-dried for a minimum of 24 hours before reinstallation.

This Plus.Parts® washable HEPA filter is a direct-fit replacement for the Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute. Each filter is built to the original filter’s dimensions and sealing geometry, fitting the Absolute’s HEPA filter housing at the machine exit without modification.
