The Ecovacs Deebot X2 rethought the standard round robot form with a square-cornered chassis designed to bring the cleaning edge into direct contact with skirting boards and wall corners. Combined with OZMO Turbo 2.0 dual spinning mops, the X2 runs a simultaneous vacuum-and-mop cycle that covers open floors and edges in a single pass. The auto-empty dock handles debris collection, while the OZMO mop system distributes water through two circular pads rotating against the floor at consistent pressure.
The X2’s mop pads are in contact with the floor throughout every session, picking up the moisture and micro-debris the spinning action loosens. Over time the microfibre loses density and the pads stop pulling water cleanly from the surface, usually after eight to twelve weeks of daily operation. These four spare mop pads are cut to the X2’s OZMO Turbo 2.0 mop plate dimensions and reinstall without any modification.
