The mop pads rotate in contact with hard floors, applying water from the robot’s tank and distributing the scrubbing action evenly across sealed surfaces. The result is a cleaning pass that handles both loose debris and floor-level residue without requiring a separate mopping run.

The mop pad set is the consumable that defines the wet cleaning performance of the DEX86’s mop system. Over daily use and repeated laundering, the microfibre fabric gradually loses the surface density that lets it hold and lift moisture from the floor. When that density drops, usually after eight to twelve weeks under regular daily use, the mopping contribution weakens until the pad set is renewed. These four spare mop pads are designed to fit the DEX86’s mop plate directly and restore the wet cleaning standard across the next service cycle.
