The Eufy T2320 is not a separate robot but the internal product code printed on UK and European retail packaging and serial labels for the X9 Pro – many owners find only “T2320” on the box, with no X9 Pro name in sight. The hardware and every consumable are identical to the rest of the family: 5,500 Pa suction, twin counter-rotating mop discs under MopMaster adaptive pressure with a twelve-millimetre carpet auto-lift, and a 40°C Auto-Clean Station with warm-air drying. If your label reads T2320, this is the correct set.
It supplies Plus.Parts® consumables built as a direct-fit alternative to the original Eufy part: two rubber main brushes, four side brushes, four washable HEPA filters and four mop pads. Treat the mop pads as the lead maintenance item – hand-wash them every four to six weeks because the dock’s 40°C cycle is gentle on fibres but cannot lift grease or weeks-old biofilm, and check the outer centimetre for thinning, where the spinning discs wear fastest. Replace the pads about every three months under daily use. Tap the washable HEPA filter every one to two weeks, rinse it under cool water and let it air-dry completely, and replace it every two to three months; a filter washed more than three or four times no longer seats flush and lets fine dust bypass onto the motor intake.
Clear the bristle-and-rubber main brush of hair every one to two weeks, freeing both end-cap bearings with a toothpick, and replace it every six months. Replace the three-blade side brush every two to three months – it wears faster than the roller and a curled brush pushes debris toward the wall rather than under the head. Empty and rinse the dock’s dirty-water tank every two to three days, wipe the spray nozzles monthly (or every two to three weeks in hard-water areas), and run a dilute citric-acid rinse from the Eufy Clean app when limescale builds. Clean the charging contacts monthly. Behind the set is a real team at VacuumReviews.eu – unsure whether your T2320 box and an X9 Pro listing are the same machine? They are, so reach out and we will confirm it.
