It returns to a simple charging dock, so emptying the loose-fill bin after each run is an owner-side task and the filter loads gradually with airflow rather than under compaction pressure.

This set keeps the robot supplied with Plus.Parts® consumables built as a direct-fit alternative to the original iRobot part: one rubber main brush, three Edge-Sweeping side brushes, three high-efficiency filters and three microfibre mop pads, ten parts in all. The rubber brush sheds hair well, but end-cap wrap still builds over weeks, so clear visible hair from the brush and both end caps weekly and replace it every six to twelve months. Tap the high-efficiency filter firmly on both sides every one to two weeks and never wash it in water – that collapses the pleats and cuts airflow – replacing it every four to six months under residential daily use; once the medium shifts from white to mid-grey, replace rather than tap-clean.

The Edge-Sweeping side brush sits outboard on the right and pulls debris in from skirting boards; inspect its hub weekly, clear wrapped hair with a fine-tip toothpick, and replace it every three to six months, since bristle tips that curl down sweep dust sideways instead of inward. Rinse and wring the microfibre pad after every mop session, machine-wash it cold without fabric conditioner, and replace it after about thirty washes or when it stiffens. The micro-pump feeds water only on hard floor, so flush the reservoir with fresh water periodically to keep its flow rate. Wipe the integrated LiDAR window with a dry microfibre cloth weekly – a dust film there causes the erratic navigation owners mistake for a software fault – and clean the dock contacts monthly.
