The iRobot Roomba l121040 is a variant of iRobot’s Roomba 205 Combo platform, a family designed to combine vacuuming and mopping in a single device, so routine floor maintenance covers both tasks in each cleaning session. The rubber main brush is what makes the vacuum side of that session work: it sweeps surface debris into the intake across hard floors and low-pile carpet, handling mixed-floor households in a single pass. Rubber brush design suits this role particularly well; the material conforms to floor surfaces that bristle brushes skip over, and it does not accumulate the hair tangles that require manual detangling with bristle-type alternatives.
