The iRobot Roomba Plus 504 Vac is a vacuum-only robot from iRobot’s Plus series, delivering AeroForce rubber brush extraction performance in a focused cleaning platform. The Plus range applies the core AeroForce dual rubber brush technology from the premium i and j series to a purpose-built floor vacuuming workflow. Two counter-rotating rubber rollers in the AeroForce cleaning head press against hard floors and carpet pile, dislodging debris and channelling it into the suction path through continuous direct contact. The flexible rubber compound that enables that contact adjusts to surface changes without the fibre-wrapping limitations of bristle designs; it degrades with regular use, stiffening gradually until the rollers begin to scrape rather than flex, the performance signal that marks the time for replacement.
This replacement set is matched to the Plus 504 Vac’s AeroForce extraction head. It contains two Plus.Parts® rubber brushes in the correct counter-rotating configuration, using rubber compound formulated to hold its pliability from installation through the full replacement interval. Installation follows the standard AeroForce process: release the brush module, remove the worn pair, seat the new rollers, and close.
