Liectroux E30 – Plus.Parts® Maintenance Set

The Liectroux E30 sits alongside the C30B as an entry-tier configuration on the shared Liectroux OEM platform. It uses gyro-assisted navigation and is operated via physical buttons and an infrared remote. The consumable set is identical to the C30B and XR500 – the same main brush assembly, the same dual-layer filter unit and the same side brushes – so all 14 parts in this set fit every Liectroux model in this series without modification.

This set covers the full service scope with Plus.Parts® direct-fit alternatives to the original Liectroux parts BPK-BHXB1 / BPK-BHXB2 / BPK-BHXB3: two main brushes, two side brushes, eight HEPA filters and two mop pads – 14 parts in all. The side brush system is the most wear-prone element at the contact layer on the E30. Both brushes extend beyond the robot body on each pass and contact furniture legs, chair bases, carpet pile edges and wall corners far more frequently than any other moving component. Repeated contact progressively bends the plastic arms outward, reducing the angle at which they direct debris toward the suction inlet and eventually scattering material outward rather than inward. This degradation is gradual and often unnoticed until the owner observes consistent dust accumulations along skirting boards after each session. Replace the side brush pair every three months regardless of visible wear, as the plastic undergoes gradual fatigue that may not be apparent until directional effectiveness has already dropped significantly.

Tap the dual-layer filter every two to three sessions. The HEPA-grade inner layer must remain completely dry throughout its service life. Replace the full assembly every two months, or monthly in homes with pets or above-average dust levels. A reliable field indicator for premature replacement is visible discolouration of the primary mesh that tapping alone cannot clear. Clear the main brush roll every two weeks and replace every three to six months. Wipe all cliff sensors with a dry microfibre cloth every two to four weeks – on the E30, consistent sensor maintenance is the single most effective measure for maintaining predictable navigation across the cleaning area.
