Proscenic 830T – Plus.Parts® Maintenance Set

The Proscenic 830T rounds out the Proscenic 800 and 830 series with the flat-pad mop module as standard alongside expanded smart-home connectivity features, allowing owners to schedule sessions and receive status updates through a companion app. It shares the 1,800 Pa BLDC motor, HEPA 12 dual-filter system and V-shape brush roll with every other model in the range. All consumables are identical, so every part in this set fits all five Proscenic models without modification.

This set covers the full service scope with Plus.Parts® direct-fit alternatives to the original Proscenic parts BPK-BHXB1 / BPK-BHXB2 / BPK-BHXB3: two main brushes, two side brushes, eight HEPA filters and two mop pads – 14 parts in all. The expanded connectivity on the 830T does not alter any maintenance interval compared with the other mop-capable models in the range. What it does change is the owner’s awareness of run status. App notifications after each session make it practical to monitor runtime trends over weeks. The most reliable early signal that battery capacity is declining is a consistent pattern of the robot returning to dock before completing a floor area that previously required only one session to finish. On the 830T, this pattern is visible in the app’s session history, making it possible to act before runtime shortens to the point where cleaning coverage is noticeably incomplete. Wipe the charging contacts on the robot and dock monthly to prevent oxidation buildup that causes the battery to report a lower charge than its actual capacity.

Rinse the mop pad after every session and air-dry completely. Replace every one to three months. Tap the HEPA 12 filter every one to two weeks and replace every two months. Never wash the HEPA layer with water. Clear the V-shape brush roll every two weeks and replace every three to six months. Replace side brushes every three to six months – the condition of the side brush arms during each clearing session is a useful proxy for the broader consumable state of the robot. Wipe cliff sensors every two to four weeks and the dock infrared lens monthly.
