The Roborock P20 Pro is the P-series market variant of the Roborock first-generation 18,500 Pa flagship platform, sharing its full architecture with the Qrevo Curv and Qrevo Edge: 18,500 Pa suction, the DuoDivide dual-roller anti-tangle brush, FlexiArm dual spinning mop pads that extend outward for wall-edge coverage, FlexiArm side brush on an extending arc arm, and Dock 3.0 with 75 °C mop washing and warm-air drying. The elevated suction at this tier loads the HEPA filter medium approximately three times faster than the entry Qrevo, shortening the effective filter life to around two months under daily residential use. The 75 °C wash temperature accelerates mineral deposits on the dock spray nozzles in hard-water areas, so nozzle maintenance runs on a two-to-three-week cadence rather than monthly. Dock dust bags fill in three to five weeks under daily auto-empty use.

This set supplies Plus.Parts® consumables built as a direct-fit alternative to the original Roborock part (also listed as 8020411 and HCTZ48RR): one DuoDivide brush set, four FlexiArm side brushes, four HEPA filters, four mop pads and four dock dust bags — seventeen parts in all. The DuoDivide brush uses two counter-rotating rollers with a central divider channel to split hair and prevent tangling; remove both rollers every one to two weeks and clear the central divider channel at every service, since a loaded channel returns hair wrap to both rollers simultaneously and is the primary cause of what appears to be brush failure. Replace the brush set every five to seven months. The HEPA filter should never be washed; tap all four edges of the filter frame firmly over a waste bin every one to two weeks and replace each filter at the two-month mark, treating mid-grey colouration as a replacement trigger rather than a reason to continue tap-cleaning.
