At 18,500 Pa the HEPA filter reaches end-of-life noticeably faster than on mid-range Qrevo models; replace every two months rather than relying solely on the visual mid-grey indicator, which appears only after suction has already degraded. Service both DuoDivide rollers and clear the divider channel at every brush cleaning: a blocked channel bypasses the anti-tangle mechanism and hair wraps both rollers together. The FlexiArm side brush rail needs a monthly wipe to maintain the full extension arc; an arm that catches or hesitates on the rail misses the wall edge on every pass. On the 75°C Dock 3.0, wipe the spray nozzle monthly, shortening to fortnightly in hard-water areas. Inspect mop pads at six weeks because the FlexiArm mop extension concentrates rim wear sooner than on non-extending mop platforms.
