The Roborock S20X52-00 is the regional market code for the Roborock Saros 20X, the extended-reach flagship in the 25,000 Pa Saros generation. It shares the full Saros 20X platform: a DuoDivide dual-roller anti-tangle main brush, an extended-reach retractable mop module that pushes outward for wall-edge coverage, a Flexi-Arm extending side brush that sweeps corners in the same pass, and structured-light sensor navigation with AI obstacle recognition rather than a dome lidar turret. Sensor windows positioned near floor level require regular wiping to maintain obstacle detection and floor-level navigation accuracy. The dock washes mop pads at 80°C and dries them with hot air after each session. All consumables for the S20X52-00 are interchangeable with the named Saros 20X and share the 8.02.0388 part family.

Inspect both DuoDivide rollers and the mid-roll divider channel at each service; fibre accumulation in the divider channel binds both rollers together if left uncleared. The extended-reach mop travel arc increases outer-edge pad wear compared to the Saros 20, so check pads at six weeks rather than eight. Wipe near-floor sensor windows with a dry microfibre cloth at every service interval.
