Rowenta X-Plorer Serie 95 Total Care RR7947WH – Plus.Parts® Maintenance Set

The Rowenta X-Plorer Serie 95 Total Care RR7947WH is the white-finish Total Care variant of the Serie 95 line. It is one of only two Serie 95 models with a higher peak suction at up to 12,000 Pa in Boost mode, and it ships with the full three-pad kit comprising the standard pad, the Animal Scrub pad, and the anti-allergic electrostatic pad. The robot uses camera-and-gyroscope navigation and an Aqua Force mop system that feeds water continuously from the onboard tank.

This set supplies Plus.Parts® direct-fit alternatives to the original Rowenta parts: a main roller brush, four sponge pre-filters, four HEPA filters, four side brushes and four mop pads – 17 parts in all. The 12,000 Pa Boost mode is the feature that changes the filter service calendar on this model. At that airflow rate, the sponge pre-filter and pleated HEPA element downstream of the brush chamber intercept fine particulate that a lower-powered machine would simply circulate back into the room. The practical consequence is that the filter darkens noticeably faster than on the 8,000 Pa models in this set. Running Boost mode daily in a busy home pulls the filter replacement interval to every two months rather than the three months achievable on the standard-suction variants. A filter that shows an even mid-grey tone across the full pleated face under good light should be replaced immediately, regardless of how many days remain on the calendar. Never wash the pleated HEPA element with water – even a single rinse degrades the inter-fibre geometry permanently.

Tap the filter weekly. Inspect the main brush weekly, cut wrapped hair and clear both end-cap bearing holes; replace every six to eight months. Clear the side-brush posts weekly and swap the set every three to six months. Remove the Aqua Force mop pad after every run, rinse and air-dry completely; with the three-pad kit, rotating through all three gives each pad a full drying cycle between sessions and extends service life. Replace pads every two to three months. Empty the dust box after every run and rinse the shell weekly. Wipe the camera window weekly.
