The Dreame D20 Plus pairs a 13,000 Pa Vormax-class motor with the HyperStream DuoBrush – two counter-rotating rollers and a central divider channel that catch long hair before it can wrap into a single mass – a 500 ml internal dustbin and a passive drag mop fed from a 350 ml tank with 32 moisture levels. At this airflow tier fine carpet particulate reaches the filter quickly and the platform has no self-cleaning cycle, so the HEPA filter is tapped on all four sides every one to two weeks, washed monthly and replaced every three to four months; a shift from white to a consistent mid-grey is the override signal regardless of the calendar. The DuoBrush is cleared every one to two weeks – both rollers lifted out, wrapped hair cut away, end-cap bearings picked clean and the divider channel run through with a cloth – and replaced every six to nine months.

This maintenance set keeps each of those intervals supplied with Plus.Parts® components built as a direct-fit alternative to the original Dreame parts: one HyperStream DuoBrush dual-roller main brush set, two side brushes, four washable filters, four 5 L auto-empty dust bags and four mop pads, sixteen parts in all. The filter does the heavy lifting on air quality – a properly built HEPA element holds the 13,000 Pa suction steady across its interval, while a loose generic filter lets fine dust drift back into the room and forces the motor to draw extra current during the second half of a session. Because the D20 Plus mops with a passive flat pad and no dock wash cycle, the pad is rinsed after every run and replaced every six to eight weeks under daily use; a stiff or flattened pad redistributes soiling rather than lifting it, especially along tile grout.

The fixed single side brush wears at the base of the mounting post, where hair and thread apply quiet strain to the brush motor, so it is checked weekly and replaced every four to six months – sooner in pet households.
