The Roborock RR-QRL52-03-BLK is a regional variant of the Qrevo L platform, sharing 10,000 Pa suction, a single DuoRoller main brush, dual spinning mop pads with a 10 mm carpet lift, and a first-generation Multifunctional Dock with three-stage washing and warm-air drying. The model navigates via a continuously rotating LDS lidar dome on top of the robot, and the accuracy of that dome is the single largest influence on how cleanly the robot covers a floor plan.

The LDS dome collects a fine film of airborne dust during every run; a coated dome scatters the laser beam and the robot builds an unreliable map – missed zones, broken room boundaries, and failed returns to dock – before the cover shows any visible dirt to the eye. Wipe the dome weekly with a dry microfibre cloth, and once a month turn it gently by hand to confirm it rotates freely. Stiffness means debris at the bearing; a short burst of canned air usually clears it without opening anything. The cliff sensors on the chassis underside also collect a film over time, and a dusty cliff lens makes the robot read clean floor as a drop edge and refuse to cross it, leaving strips of a room untouched for no obvious reason. Wipe the cliff lenses weekly alongside the LDS dome.

Keep the consumables on schedule alongside the sensor checks. Tap the HEPA filter edges over a bin weekly and replace every two months – at 10,000 Pa the element loads faster than on lower-suction Qrevo tiers. Inspect the DuoRoller brush weekly, clear both end-cap bearing holes with a toothpick and replace every five to seven months. Clear the side-brush posts weekly and swap the pair every three to six months. Inspect the mop pads at eight weeks and replace when the rim has lost its nap. Replace the sealed dust bag every three to five weeks, empty the dirty-water tank every two to three days and wipe the dock spray nozzle monthly.
