The Dreame L20 Ultra Complete pairs the 7,000 Pa RAK28 platform with a fuller accessory pack and ships with the TriCut anti-tangle roller installed in place of the standard rubber brush. The TriCut element channels hair through three integrated cutting slots, which extends roller life from the usual six months toward twelve under daily use but adds one step to routine service: at every one-to-two-week clean the three cutting channels are cleared as well as the roll body, because compressed hair settles in those slots and quietly restricts airflow through the brush housing. The washable HEPA filter is tapped every one to two weeks, rinsed under cold running water monthly and dried for at least 24 hours before refitting, then replaced every three to six months.

This maintenance set keeps each of those intervals supplied with Plus.Parts® components built as a direct-fit alternative to the original Dreame RAK28 kit: one main brush, four side brushes, four mop pads, four filters and four dustbags, seventeen parts in all. The dual rotary MopExtend pads are replaced as a matched pair every one to three months – the right-hand pad is driven outward along wall edges and wears ahead of the left, so swapping them individually leaves uneven mopping pressure – with a two-month inspection point and a swap once the outer fibre feels compressed. The main roll is cleared of wound hair every one to two weeks and its end-cap bearing holes kept clear; on this TriCut variant a roll that will not spin freely by hand after a clean usually has packed fibre in a cutting channel rather than at the bearing.

The side brush is inspected weekly and freed of thread around its base post, then replaced every three to six months before splayed bristles stop steering edge debris toward the main roll.
