The Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute is the full-coverage trim of the V10 range, bundling both the Torque Drive motorised cleaner head for deep carpet agitation and the Soft Roller head for gentle hard floor cleaning in a single package. The core V10 system, a 25.2 V motor at up to 125,000 RPM driving fourteen cyclones in two tiers, is consistent across the range, delivering the centrifugal dust separation and sealed HEPA filtration that defined the V10 as a step forward for cordless cleaning. The Absolute’s dual-head configuration means the vacuum moves between carpeted rooms and hard floor spaces without accessory changes, while the three suction modes, Eco, Medium, and Boost, adjust for the surface at hand. The sealed filtration path, from the cyclones through to the post-motor HEPA filter, keeps captured particles out of room air across both cleaning modes and all surfaces.
The post-motor HEPA filter is the last stage in that sealed path. Monthly washing under cold running water clears surface accumulation, but across approximately twelve months of regular multi-surface use, the filter media reaches the point where washing can no longer restore full airflow.
