Where the Absolute and Absolute+ bundle multiple heads for multi-surface flexibility, the Motorhead focuses the machine on what the V10 does best at its rated power: the 25.2 V motor at up to 125,000 RPM, fourteen cyclones in two tiers separating fine dust and debris from the suction stream, and the Direct Drive head driving bristles into carpet pile at motor speed to agitate embedded hair and debris. Three suction modes give the Motorhead flexibility for different carpet pile depths and room sizes, and the sealed HEPA filtration path, from the cyclone stage through to the post-motor filter, ensures particles separated by the cyclones stay out of room air throughout the session.

The post-motor filter is the last stage in that sealed path. Monthly washing under cold water keeps it performing well with regular carpet use, but the filter media gradually embeds fine particles that washing cannot clear over approximately twelve months. At that point a replacement restores the vacuum’s rated filtration output.
