The Dyson V10 Motorhead is the entry-level configuration in the V10 range, centered on the Motorhead cleaner head and the 151-air-watt motor that defines the platform. Despite sitting at the lower end of the V10 lineup in terms of included tools, it shares the same filtration path as every other variant: all exhaust air passes through the post-motor HEPA filter at the top of the machine before returning to the room, capturing particles down to 0.3 microns that pass through the cyclone stage. Dyson specifies a monthly wash to maintain this performance; when the interval slips, suction falls and the motor’s thermal protection circuit responds. The V10 Motorhead carries no filter-status display, so the wash schedule depends on the owner.
