The vibrating mop presses the pad against hard floors under friction, scrubbing up what suction leaves behind and tackling residue that a static mop would just slide past. The station extends pad life with its own hot wash cycle, but the pad is a consumable: its surface texture gradually flattens under the pressure of each mopping session, and once that texture is gone the vibration mechanism has nothing to work with. The result on the floor goes from clean to wiped, and that difference is more noticeable than it sounds in a robot you use daily.
These four replacement mop pads are available through Plus.Parts® and are designed to attach to the T20 Omni mop plate correctly.
