Narwal Freo Z Ultra – Plus.Parts® Maintenance Set

The Narwal Freo Z Ultra marked the step up to hot-water mopping in the Freo range: 12,000 Pa suction, a pair of Reuleaux triangular pads pressed against the floor at twelve newtons with the EdgeSwing arm reaching into corners, and a dock that washes those pads at 75°C under DirtSense 2.0 adaptive temperature control before warm-air drying them. The hot wash keeps the pads themselves cleaner between runs, stretching their machine-wash interval to around six weeks, but it pushes a heavier residue load through the dirty-water tank, which wants emptying every two to three days. Inside the robot, the Zero-Tangle 2.0 floating roller passes most hair to the bin rather than winding it around the brush, which leaves the washable HEPA-rated dust bin filter as the only fine-filtration point in the airpath – so it loads steadily and is the first thing to check when suction drops. The triangular pads, meanwhile, wear from their corners inward and run a one-to-three-month replacement cadence depending on how hard EdgeSwing works them.
