The Narwal YJCC016 is a regional version of the original ambient-wash Freo platform, cleaning floors with 8,200 Pa of suction while the Reuleaux mop pads handle the wet side of the job. The dock rinses the mop pads against its scrubbing tray after every cycle and uses passive airflow to dry them, keeping mops functional between machine-wash cycles without a hot-water system. The floating roller brush works independently of the mop system, picking up hair and debris across carpet and hard floors. Its zero-tangle design keeps hair from wrapping around the axle, but the bearing caps at each end need clearing every two weeks, and the brush compound itself has a finite service life of three to six months before the flexibility needed for consistent floor contact begins to fade.
