The Narwal YJCC019 is a regional product code on Narwal’s high-suction Z10 platform, so it is mechanically the Freo Z10 family: 18,000 Pa suction, dual Reuleaux triangular mop pads at 8 N with the EdgeSwing routine, and a two-stage dock wash – a 40 to 60°C main scrub followed by a 75°C final rinse. Every consumable dimension and service interval carries straight over from the Z10: the triangular pads wear from the corners inward and are replaced every one to three months, both together even when only one looks worn; the floating zero-tangle roller brush sends almost all debris to the bin, so the HEPA-rated bin filter is the only fine-filtration stage and is tapped weekly, rinsed every four weeks and replaced every three months; the side brush bends over three to six months; the 2.5 L dock dustbag lasts up to 120 days; and the dirty-water tank is emptied every two to three days.
