Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra – Plus.Parts® Maintenance Set

The Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra sits at the top of the high-suction Z10 platform: 18,000 Pa, dual Reuleaux triangular pads at 8 N, the same two-stage dock wash – a 40 to 60°C main scrub then a 75°C final rinse – plus a dry-wet separation design and a HEPA filtration stage at the dock exhaust that the standard Z10 does not carry. That extra dock HEPA panel adds its own task: tap it clean every four weeks and replace it every six months, independently of the robot’s bin filter. The rest of the rhythm follows the platform: triangular pads wear from the corners inward and are replaced every one to three months, both together; the zero-tangle roller routes debris to the bin, so the HEPA-rated bin filter is tapped weekly, rinsed every four weeks and replaced every three months; the side brush bends over three to six months; the 2.5 L dock dustbag lasts up to 120 days; and the dirty-water tank is emptied every two to three days.

This maintenance set keeps the robot-side intervals stocked with Plus.Parts® components built as a direct-fit alternative to the original Narwal part: one anti-tangle main brush, four side brushes, four dustbin filters, three antibacterial dust bags and six mop pads – eighteen parts cut to the Z10 Ultra’s own mounting points (the separate dock HEPA exhaust panel is ordered on its own). The filters carry air quality inside the robot – the bin filter is the fine-filtration stage feeding the motor, so a tighter media keeps the 18,000 Pa suction steady across the interval, while a loose generic filter lets fine dust slip back into the room and forces the motor to draw extra current.

The mop pads hold the Reuleaux triangle shape so their corners wear evenly under the dry-wet separation rather than fraying early, and the antibacterial dust bags lock in the hot-wash debris without odour creeping back into the dock.
