The Narwal Freo Z10 raises the Freo platform to 18,000 Pa and runs dual Reuleaux triangular mop pads at 8 N of downforce with the EdgeSwing routine that reaches the pads into corners and along skirting boards. Its dock runs a two-stage wash – a main scrub at 40 to 60°C followed by a 75°C final rinse – which keeps the pads cleaner between runs but pushes a heavier residue load through the dirty-water tank. That sets a clear service rhythm: the triangular pads wear from the corners inward and are replaced every one to three months, both together even if only one looks worn; the floating zero-tangle roller brush sends almost all debris to the bin, so the HEPA-rated bin filter carries the fine-filtration load and should be tapped weekly, rinsed every four weeks and replaced every three months; the side brush bends over three to six months; the 2.5 L dock dustbag lasts up to 120 days; and the dirty-water tank wants emptying every two to three days.
