Roborock Saros 20 – Plus.Parts® Maintenance Set

The Roborock Saros 20 is the 25,000 Pa step up from the Saros 10R within the Saros platform. It navigates without a traditional lidar turret using structured-light sensors, forward optical cameras, and AI obstacle recognition, and adds the Flexi-Arm side brush that extends outward to reach walls and corners on each pass. It uses the DuoDivide dual-roller anti-tangle main brush, a retractable flat mop module, and a multifunctional dock that washes mop pads at 80°C with hot-air drying.

This kit is a Plus.Parts® alternative to the original Roborock part, supplying 2 anti-tangle brush sets, 4 side brushes, 6 filters, 4 dust bags and 4 mop pads – 20 parts. Replace the HEPA filter every two months under daily residential use; do not wash it, as wetting degrades the HEPA medium even when the frame appears intact afterward. Service both DuoDivide rollers at every brush clean and clear the central divider channel: the channel accumulates compressed fibre that is invisible from outside and, when packed, binds both rollers simultaneously rather than protecting them. Wipe the Flexi-Arm side brush rail monthly with a dry cloth and confirm the arm swings freely through its full travel arc before each session; a restricted arm misses wall edges entirely on the missed passes. Wipe the forward optical sensor and structured-light windows weekly with a dry microfibre cloth to prevent false obstacle detections from dust accumulation near the floor surface. Wipe the dock spray nozzle monthly and tighten to fortnightly in hard-water areas because the 80°C wash temperature precipitates limescale faster than on cold-wash docks. Replace dock dust bags every three to five weeks and inspect mop pads at eight weeks, replacing when texture or stiffness indicates the dock wash is no longer restoring performance.
