Dyson V11 Absolute Extra+ – Plus.Parts® Maintenance Set

The Dyson V11 Absolute Extra+ is the top-tier model in the V11 Absolute family, pairing the High Torque cleaner head with the Laser Slim Fluffy head and an expanded accessory bundle. At 185 AW with a Hyperdymium motor, it uses a single washable filter – part – shared across every V11 variant. For all V11 models, the filter must be washed with cold running water (warm water is specified for the later V15 generation; cold is correct for V11). Wash monthly, allowing a full 24-hour upright air-dry before reinsertion; a damp filter operated in a running machine causes permanent motor bearing damage on this platform. The High Torque brush bar end caps require weekly inspection and clearing of hair wrap. As an Absolute variant, the Laser Slim Fluffy head’s green laser lens should be wiped monthly with a dry microfibre cloth to maintain the beam visibility that reveals fine dust on hard floors.

This kit is a Plus.Parts® alternative to the original Dyson part , supplying 2 washable HEPA filters, a dustbin lid, an upper bin seal ring with a Torx screwdriver, quick-release buttons (small and large) and a trigger lock. A spare filter eliminates the 24-hour machine downtime that follows each monthly wash: swap the freshly washed filter out, fit the dry one, and carry on cleaning immediately. The dustbin lid and upper bin seal ring address the two most wear-prone elements at the bin assembly; the Torx screwdriver is included for the seal ring removal. The trigger lock allows hands-free operation without continuous trigger pressure. Wash only under cold running water – fill the filter body, cover both ends and shake firmly until the rinse runs clear, then leave upright for the full 24-hour window. Replace both filters annually, or when cold washing no longer returns the medium to a near-white colour.
