Dyson V11 Parquet Extra – Plus.Parts® Maintenance Set

The Dyson V11 Parquet Extra is configured for hard-floor households, with the soft roller head as its primary floor tool rather than the High Torque head included with the rest of the V11 range. The soft roller should be rinsed under clean running water monthly when debris is visibly embedded in the fibres, and left to dry completely before reattaching. Thread and long hair that compact into the soft roller’s carbon-fibre filaments over multiple sessions reduce the roller’s floor contact area; inspect monthly and cut through any wrap at the surface before rinsing. If the included High Torque accessory head is used on carpet, the brush bar end caps require the same weekly inspection for hair wrap that applies across the rest of the V11 platform. The filter is identical to every other V11 model – part – and must be washed under cold running water, with a full 24-hour upright air-dry before reinsertion. Never insert a damp filter; it causes irreversible bearing damage on this platform.

This kit is a Plus.Parts® alternative to the original Dyson part , supplying 2 washable HEPA filters, a dustbin lid, an upper bin seal ring with a Torx screwdriver, quick-release buttons (small and large) and a trigger lock. A second filter keeps the machine operational through the post-wash drying window: wash one, fit the other, and return to use the same day. The dustbin lid and upper bin seal ring are the two bin-assembly components that wear and degrade soonest; the Torx screwdriver required to remove the seal ring is included. The trigger lock allows hands-free use without sustained trigger pressure during long hard-floor passes. Replace both filters annually or when cold washing no longer restores a near-white colour across the filter body.
