Remove both DuoDivide rollers at every brush service and clear the central divider channel as a required step: a loaded channel allows hair to wrap both rollers simultaneously and the problem recurs each session until the channel is cleared. Wipe the FlexiArm side brush rail monthly with a dry cloth and confirm the arm swings freely through its full arc before each use; grit on the rail prevents full extension and leaves a dust strip along skirting boards. On the 75°C Dock 3.0, wipe the spray nozzle monthly and tighten that to every two to three weeks in hard-water areas to prevent limescale blocking the wash distribution. Inspect mop pads at six weeks on this FlexiArm mop model because the pad outer rim travels further on each extension cycle, concentrating wear at the edge sooner than the centre.
