The Roborock RRE0R50 is a robot vacuum and mop in Roborock’s range, designed for combined vacuuming and hard floor mopping in a single cleaning run. Like other robots in this part of Roborock’s lineup, the RRE0R50 uses an active mopping system where the mop pad contacts the hard floor during each pass, applying moisture and maintaining contact to lift the residue and grime that vacuuming alone leaves on the surface.
The mop pads are reusable and removable, designed to be washed between sessions. Microfibre wears gradually under regular use and wash cycles: the surface texture that provides scrubbing friction against the floor compresses over time, and the pad’s absorption capacity decreases as the fibre weave packs down. The result is that the mopping system keeps running but the actual contact quality on hard floors declines. Fresh pads restore the performance the RRE0R50 delivers with its mopping system in good working condition.
